Tenant Fees:
Existing Assured Shorthold Tenancies & All Assured Tenancies - ASTs signed through 31st May 2019

ASTs signed through 31st May 2020

Fees for initial tenancy agreement and renewal (All fees are subject to VAT)
Tenancy up to 12 months: £125
Tenancy up to 6 months: £125
Referencing: £60/tenant
Renewal fees : 6 months - £50 / 12 months - £100
Change of sharer: £120 + £60 referencing

Other Fees (All fees are subject to VAT)
Check out report- carried out by independent inventory company: £65 - £145
Clean at end of tenancy if required: 2 bed flat £180
Provision of landlord reference for tenancy elsewhere :£25
Pet deposit: £250 (Exc VAT)

Early termination: Landlords costs in re-letting the property as well as rent due until start date of replacement tenancy. Costs to be no more than the maximum amount of rent outstanding on the tenancy.


New Assured Shorthold Tenancies
Signed on or after 1st June 2019 

Holding deposit: 1 week’s rent
Security deposit: 5 week’s rent
Rent of £50,000 or over per annum: 6 week’s rent
Unpaid rent: 3% above Bank of England base rate from Rent Due Date after 14 days in arrears.

Lost keys: Cost of replacement key or other security device/lock replacement/locksmith. £15/hour (inc. VAT) for extra costs incurred in time taken to replace keys.

Variation of contract: £50 (inc. VAT) per variation
Change of sharer: £50 (inc. VAT) per replacement tenant
