New build commercial unit let to national retailer in Hackney Wick

75-89 Wallis Road is a long income investment, which is part of a new mixed-use development, fit with residential units on the upper floor, and commercial units on the ground floor.  

We were introduced early and asked to advise on the marketing strategy for the units. We achieved a pre-let to Sainsbury’s on the largest unit who took a new lease on confidential terms. We were able to achieve a strong yield, despite difficult market conditions at the time.
