The site entrance is via a manual operating sliding timber fenced vehicle gate which leads to the hard standing yard. Operating over 2 floors, the site has a total area of 5,967 sq ft.

 

We were instructed to create a commercial viability report, specifically on industrial space within the Borough and 1 mile of the property, future trends and employment, in support of a planning application to redevelop the site.

 

We offered our expertise and concluded that the site was not suitable for an occupier to run a business.
