Home to various businesses, Expressway units offer contemporary design, shared meeting and break rooms, and an on-site coffee shop.

We were instructed to market and identify suitable occupiers to create a more artisan tenant base. We advised on all aspects of this project, from marketing campaign to fit out.

Situated in one of London’s Enterprise Zones, the Expressway units have had a successful entry into the market. Within the last year, we have completed five lettings ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 square feet at around £20psf.
