Market and economic analysis for new industrial development

The site is located across the west side of Osier Way via a private estate access road, consisting of a warehouse building with first floor offices of approximately 9200 sq ft.

We were instructed to identify current and possible future market trends and demonstrate that the commercial use granted can be sustained at the site as part of a new development.

We also provided a commercial viability report and market-led reports concentrating on economic analysis for proposed new developments.
