June 27 2025Kostadinov signs a 10-year lease at the award-winning Adelaide Wharf.
Fashion designer Kiko Kostadinov is set to move into a new Hoxton head office at 21 Whiston Road in a deal advised by property consultancy Strettons.
The Bulgarian-born, London-based designer, who is known for his distinctive tailoring and ongoing collaboration with ASICS, has agreed to take over 5,000 sq ft on a 10-year lease at Adelaide Wharf, an architecturally acclaimed workspace in East London. Can we add in the price per sq.ft?
Designed by RIBA Sterling Prize winning architect Allford Hall Monaghan Morris, Adelaide Wharf offers light-filled, self-contained workspaces that blend design, functionality and sustainability. The building comprises 5,893 sq ft over two floors with 3.4m ceiling heights and private courtyard access.
Located just moments from Broadway Market and Columbia Road Flower Market, the office is a vibrant, well-connected setting near Hoxton, Haggerston and London Fields stations. The surrounding area is home to more than 70 independent shops, restaurants and cafés, underlining its appeal as a creative and cultural hub.
Mark Bolton, Commercial and Investment Agency Director at Strettons, said: “Adelaide Wharf is exactly the kind of space that appeals to innovative, forward-thinking businesses, and Kiko Kostadinov is a great fit for the building. Hoxton has long been a magnet for creative talent, and this deal is further evidence of the demand for high-quality, design-led workspace in the area. We were pleased to support the landlord in securing such a strong occupier.”
Kiko Kostadinov said: “We were looking for a workspace that reflects our creativity while offering room to grow. Adelaide Wharf stood out immediately. Its architectural quality and light-filled interiors provide the perfect base for our team. Strettons played a key role in helping us find a space that matches our vision, and we’re excited to be in Hoxton, close to other independent creative businesses.”
