The property is a self-contained building, split over ground and first floors, benefitting from parking to the rear, with classrooms and studios at a size of 17,700 sq ft.
A new lease was agreed for a term of 15 years at £150,000 per annum, to Big Creative Education, to continue with the development of its Uplands House campus. The deal will see the college commit its future to the Borough and continue to provide educational opportunities for thousands of students.
The Big Creative Academy, located in Walthamstow, is London’s largest creative college and free sixth form, established in 2014. The academy is part of Big Creative Education which also provides creative-focused apprenticeships and training.

Securing this location for the Big Creative Academy has meant they can continue to bring education and studying to the community in Walthamstow.
