Hale Works, Hale Village, London N17Anthology London is undertaking this development comprising 279 residential flats in a mix of 235 private and 44 affordable tenure flats within a single block ranging from 11 to 33 storeys, along with a large amount of flexible commercial space (within A1/A3/A4/B1/D1 uses) on the ground floor.
We provided RICS Red Book valuations in the form of individual Market Values (notional 100% equity share) for each flat to establish the asking prices before the release of the flats to the market. Notional Market Value of the shared ownership/shared equity tenure flats was far in excess of £20 Million.
We were able to use our existing knowledge of the market within the area, considering schemes completed and proposed ones coming forward. We also provided research and expert analysis of the marketing and sales evidence of both private and shared ownership tenure units, which assisted us in providing the valuations.
