  • Tenancy up to 6 months  -  £125
  • Referencing  -  £60
  • Renewal fees
    • £100 – 12 months
    • £50 – 6 months
Other Fees
  • Check out report (carried out by independent inventory company)  -  £65 - £145
  • Clean at end of tenancy (if required)  -  £180 (2 bed)
  • Provision of landlord reference for tenancy elsewhere  -  £25
