Amaldo Ndokaj, BA AssocRICS

Amaldo joined Strettons in July 2019 and is based at our Leytonstone office. He covers residential and commercial property and has become adept at negotiating with other surveyors and solicitors, where his main priority is to achieve the best outcome for his clients. He also carries out valuations for several purposes outside his dispute resolution work.

The type of work he undertakes includes

Residential Leasehold Reform: The assessment of the premium payable for lease extensions, collective enfranchisements, and freehold sales, followed by the negotiations to reach a settlement.

Commercial Lease Advisory: Advising occupiers and owners on rent review and lease renewals on all types of property.

Red Book valuations on both residential and commercial property.

Before joining Strettons, Amaldo worked for Bradley Harris Ltd, a multi-disciplinary firm of chartered surveyors in south London. He worked with the Director of valuations on a wide range of residential and commercial properties.

He qualified as an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) in March 2020 and gained Registered Valuer status in October 2020.
