Andreas Kasiouris , MSc MRICS

Andreas is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer based in London, working within the Valuation Advisory Services team at Strettons. He delivers RICS Red Book valuations of residential and mixed-use properties for a range of purposes, primarily for loan security.

Andreas rejoined Strettons after three years at Colliers International, based in the West End, where he specialised in residential investment portfolio valuations for UK and European lenders, including banks and specialist finance providers. He was involved in a wide range of high-value valuation instructions, with asset values from £3 million up to £120 million (aggregate).

Prior to this, Andreas worked in Strettons’ Development Consultancy team, providing Red Book valuations and development appraisals for registered providers, with a focus on new-build affordable housing schemes.

Andreas also brings over 10 years of experience in residential property, having worked in family-run businesses across acquisitions, lettings, sales, and property management.
