Andreas Kasiouris , MSc MRICS

Andreas is Head of Structured Finance at Strettons, based in London. He advises clients on finance solutions across a wide range of asset types, with a focus on portfolio investment finance, acquisitions, refinancing, development finance, bridging and complex funding requirements.
 
As a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, Andreas brings a strong valuation background, allowing him to assess property risk, lender requirements, asset quality  from both a valuation and lending perspective.
 
Before moving into structured finance, Andreas worked in Valuation and Advisory Services at Colliers International, specialising in residential investment portfolio valuations for UK and European lenders.
 
Andreas also has over 10 years of wider residential property experience across acquisitions, lettings, sales and property management, giving him a practical understanding of property ownership, investment and finance.
