Andrew Brown, BA (Hons) PgDip

Andrew joined Strettons as Director of Auctions in January 2019. He has worked in the property industry for 25 years, spending the past 19 years in property auctions.

Andrew was previously Managing Director for a large national auctioneer and has held senior positions at three top auction houses. 

During his career, Andrew has conducted over 300 auctions, selling more than £1bn of properties from the rostrum. 

He has acted for several banks, building societies, LPA receivers, insolvency practitioners, asset managers, local authorities, and NGOs to dispose of large residential and commercial portfolios and high-value distressed assets.
