Daniel is a RICS Registered Valuer specialising in advising Registered Providers, Local Authorities, and private sector developers on various matters, including valuation, acquisition & disposal, and financial viability of sites in Greater London and the south east.

 

Daniel previously worked at GL Hearn in the development consultancy team where he prepared Financial Viability Assessments, Red Book Valuations and more informal advice for clients across the UK.
