Finlay joined Strettons as an Agency Surveyor working within the Commercial Agency team.

His key responsibilities are to facilitate and negotiate lettings and sales of commercial spaces and investment portfolios. Finlay specialises in new build commercial development consultancy, strategy and disposal.

Before joining Strettons, Finlay worked as a Commercial Surveyor for another firm of Chartered Surveyors. He is currently working towards obtaining his membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
