Isabelle Waight, BSc MPLAN
Isabelle joined Strettons in 2011 and is involved with all manner of receivership cases through England and Wales, dealing with all property types, working under pressure from a range of bridging and development lenders, bankruptcy trustees, insolvency practitioners, courts, solicitors and borrowers.
After completing a degree in Real Estate Management followed by an MSc in Planning, Isabelle worked for a small firm of Chartered Surveyors on a variety of investment agency and planning matters before joining Strettons’ Valuation & Advisory team. Her focus was on Landlord & Tenant work, developing a specialism in daycare nurseries and appearing as an expert witness.
