James Ansher, BSc MA MRICS

A highly experienced and commercially astute Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, James brings over two decades of expertise in the UK property sector. With a strong track record across valuation, asset and estate management, investment, and development, he has advised a broad range of stakeholders including banks, local authorities, investment funds, and private clients.

Over the course of his career, he has led valuation functions for major financial institutions, managed diverse portfolios across both residential and commercial sectors, and been involved in property transactions exceeding £500m. He has a particular strength in identifying and delivering value through strategic asset management, development planning, and the implementation of business plans that drive performance and reduce risk.

Previous roles include Head of Property at both Alternative Bridging Corporation and Cynergy Bank, as well as senior asset management positions for public and private sector organisations.
