Joel Marioni, BSc (Hons) MRICS
Joel is an RICS Registered Valuer specialising in advising Registered Providers, Local Authorities, and private sector developers on various matters, including valuation, acquisition & disposal, and development appraisals for sites in London & the home counties.
He is experienced in the valuation of development land and residential and commercial property. He has experience in both the public and private sectors.
Before joining Strettons, Joel worked at the Valuation Office Agency within the Development Viability and Capital Gains Tax teams. Joel has previously worked for HSBC bank in property finance.
