Jonathan Cuthbert, MSc
Jon has operated in the City Fringe & East London commercial markets for over 15 years and has been with Strettons since 2012.
During this time, Jon has built up a deep-rooted knowledge of these markets. He has primarily focussed on office freehold & leasehold disposal work and regularly helping tenants acquire office space.
Due to the eclectic mix of asset classes and occupiers within the East London & City Fringe Markets, Jon has also built up good experience in disposing of leisure, restaurant, retail and medical space. Jon’s client base is varied and wide-ranging and includes The Diocese of London, Grainger Plc, Dorrington Plc, London Borough of Hackney, Shelter, Notting Hill Genesis, Aitch Group, as well as a range of family offices and private investors.
