Mark Iliffe, MRICS MCIArb
Mark has over 30 years of experience in property management, landlord and tenant and arbitration. Having qualified as a Member of the RICS in 1994, and after a spell in the West End, Mark joined Strettons in 1996.
Mark was appointed a Director of Strettons in 2003 and has developed our successful Property Management team, focusing on providing professional expertise with an emphasis on added value. His skill set has seen him advise some of our largest clients and provide expert advice on service charge and landlord & tenant disputes.
Having specialised in rent reviews and lease renewals, Mark further developed his arbitration skills, completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Arbitration in 2007.
