In May 2023, Perry Charles was appointed as the Finance Director of Strettons. Having joined the company in November 2021 as the Head of Finance, Perry Charles brings over 25 years of experience in the field of finance.
Not only is Perry Charles a highly skilled finance professional, but they also possess the qualities of a genuine and approachable leader, fully embodying the values of Strettons.
Perry's role encompasses overseeing all financial, accounting, and tax affairs of the company. They are also responsible for leading the transformation of the Information and Data team, ensuring their reporting capabilities are scalable and supportive of Stretton's strategic growth and aspirations.
Before joining Strettons, Perry gained extensive experience in operational, strategic, and financial executive positions across diverse industries and businesses, ranging from FTSE companies to Private Equity and venture-backed enterprises worldwide. In addition to his finance expertise, Perry has also assumed responsibilities for operational, legal, risk, and IT functions throughout his career. He played a crucial role in implementing finance business partnering initiatives for strategic, sustainability, and service-related purposes within his previous roles.
