Michael, a native of Walthamstow, re-joined Strettons in 2017 to lead our residential sales and lettings. Michael started his property career at Strettons in 2001 before moving abroad. Since his return to the UK, Michael worked as Assistant Manager for Kings Group in their Hackney office before moving to their Walthamstow office, further developing his in-depth knowledge of the E17 residential market.

Associate Director, Head of Residential Management
Sharon Heads the Residential Management department. She is a member of the Institute of Residential Property Management and the Association of Residential Letting Agents, having joined the company in 2014.
Sharon has been working in the property management industry for 16 years and has a wealth of experience in dealing with all matters relating to block management in particular with clients including resident management companies and independent freeholders.
Before joining Strettons, Sharon worked in one of the largest property management companies as well as much smaller, bespoke property management companies.

Zita Powers, MARLA
Head of Lettings Management
Zita works as Head of Lettings Management within the Residential Management Department and is a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.
She started at Strettons in 2011 and has developed all of her knowledge while working for Strettons. Zita has dealt with independent freeholders and large portfolio clients so has an understanding of both prospects.
Travelling is a keen interest of Zita’s, she enjoys city breaks and exploring new countries.

Philip Waterfield, BSc FRICS
Director, Auctions & Residential
Philip joined Strettons in 1987 after 5 years of working in the public sector. He has wide-ranging valuation and agency experience including traditional and unusual properties, especially in the D1/D2 sector acting for public, private and charity clients.
Philip is a board member of RICS and the Real Estate Auction Group which he shares his expertise towards the standardisation of industry-wide practices. As a board member, he edited the 6th edition of the RICS Guidance Note for auctioneers selling UK real estate.
His outside interests are centred on family life and keeping up with four teenagers. He creates some free time for cycling, yoga, accordion lessons, practising Danish, church bell ringing and walking the dogs.
