We introduced and let two floors totalling 2,856 sq ft during our appointment in 2021. The first floor was let to Crocs and will be their new London office and client showroom premises. The third floor was let in later in the year to Carnstone Partners Limited.

Both floors were let at £50.00 per sq ft with competitive levels (two months) of rent-free awarded on five-year terms, subject to third-year break clauses.
