Aasia Pathan, BSc MSc MRICS

Aasia graduated in Real Estate Development from the University of Westminster and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor. She joined Strettons in 2012, focusing on the industrial property sector in City/City Fringe, North London, East London and Essex, dealing with properties ranging from studio spaces to large industrial units and primarily dealing with leasehold/freehold disposal and acquisitions.

Aside to Agency, Aasia has acted on behalf of landlords (private and institutional) and tenants to advise on commercial lease advisory matters such as lease renewals and rent reviews.

In recent years, Aasia has worked with numerous landowners to maximise their site/property value, by exploring development routes by working closely with planners and local authorities to bring forward residential-led sites and schemes. Aasia works with retained clients to identify and secure new development/land opportunities.

Aasia have worked with many clients to identify and unlock the value of land and properties through development and conversion, covering both the commercial and residential sectors. Aasia over the years has provided consultancy/ commercial viability advice on a wide range of sites and properties to support planning applications.

Having always lived and worked in East London since leaving education, Aasia has a passion for property and regeneration. She specialises in providing development land advice and is involved in disposal and acquisition and providing commercial viability and planning reports for residential and commercial development opportunities.
