Mark Bolton, MRICS

Mark has operated in the City Fringe and East London property markets for over 25 years. While primarily handling commercial agency and investment work, during his time at Strettons, his career has encompassed a wide variety of valuation, planning advisory, residential development appraisal and affordable housing work.

Having experienced first-hand the evolution and occupier and investor trends of the City Fringe and East London markets spanning almost three decades, there are few sectors that Mark has not had involvement with. This enables him to provide detailed, insightful advice on larger mixed-use schemes and diverse property portfolios, offering clear direction and solutions for his clients.

Mark advises a wide variety of private, HNW and Third Sector clients and, over the years, has worked with property owners and investor purchasers as diverse as Grainger, Raycliff Capital, Hackney Council, M&G, Dorrington and GreenOak Real Estate.
